Tips To Improve Your Eyesight

But the good news is that you can found carotenoids in leafy green vegetables, eggs, and zucchini. If you are unable to eat them, you can also take them in supplement form.

3. Stay away from diabetics:

Diabetics is already a bad enough disease that you need to stay away from. But if you are suffering from Type 2 diabetics, there is a high chance your eyesight will deteriorate. If there is too much sugar in our bloodstream, the arteries will be affected, especially the ones connecting the retina. Soon blood and fluid will fell rin to your eyes, which will have irreplaceable consequences. So, stay as far as you can from diabetics.

4. Wear protective eye gear:

Whether you are playing badminton, working in the garage, or helping in a science project, your eyes are always exposed. Plus, our eyes lids aren’t as strong as other skin on the body to resist any damage.

So a smart decision would be to wear eye gear if you are around chemicals, sharps objects, or even near a sports game. This is because you never know what might enter your eyes.

5. Use the 20-20-20 rule:

Every work that you do in today’s time is somehow related to a screen. Hence, you have to focus on a screen for a long time, whether it is streaming movies on your mobile or working on a laptop. This puts a lot of pressure on your eyes, which is not good for long terms. Hence, you need to adopt the 20-20-20 rule.

It is a very simple rule, whenever you focus on a screen for 20 minutes, you need to focus on something 20 feet away for 20 seconds. This will ease the strain in your eyes and not affect your eyesight.

6. Keep your hands clean:

Hand is one object that automatically reaches your eyes without much thought, and it is quite possible that hands are not clean.

If you are not careful, you can easily carry germs and infections on your hand. If they reach your eyes, they can start as irritation in eyes and end up affecting your vision.

Hence, it is super important to keep your hand clean and the same close to your lenses, which are too close and easy to catch germs.

7. Exercise for your eyes:

I know many of you don’t like exercising, but eyes exercise is different. The most common eye exercise is to warn your eyes for five with warms palms after you wake up or before going to sleep. Do it three times in the morning and night.

Another eye exercise is to hold a pen at arm’s length and then focus. Now move the pen little and then shift concertation with it. Do this ten times in a single exercise. All you need is consistency for a month, and the reward would be miraculous! Plus, it is super easy.
