Whenever I used to hear successful people speak about, they wake up early, and it helps them achieve their goals.
I would always try to wake up early the next day, but I would always fail, all my motivation couldn’t pull me out of bed.
Then I realized that only motivation isn’t enough to get wake up, especially when you are a lazy person.
Then I uncovered the trick to conquer the alarm clock. You not only have to prepare your body but also trick your mind into waking up early.
Here are seven tips that will help you wake up early –
1. Use a trick alarm clock:
The toughest part of getting up every morning is getting out of your bed. There are various tricks, like keeping the alarm across the room or using a disdain music tone to get you out of bed.
There are also alarm clocks that don’t snooze or are difficult to shut down. Or you can use a mobile alarm app that doesn’t shut up until you solve a maths quiz or you click your toilet picture.
These are tricks that can get you out of bed.

Our mind is a very special place, you can manipulate it to do impossible things. Ways to implant an idea to wake your brain are –

In the morning, even before you hear the clock, your brain will wake you up. Then all you need is to rationalize yourself into getting out of bed.
3. Develop excitement for your day:
Most people see waking up as a punishment, and this adds up to the difficulties. If you are excited about waking up and getting your day started, it will be much easy.
You can get this excitement either by making your self guilty of sleeping too much, or you can create joy by making a rule that you play video games each time you wake up.
You can try anything which makes you excited to wake up for the day.
4. Create accountability for yourself:
If there is nothing to lose, many people will find it hard to wake up. So, you can create accountability by avoiding your favorite dish if you don’t wake up early.
Or you can have a bet with your friend of waking up early. Whoever loses will have to pay for the lunch.
With something to lose, you will force yourself to wake up. Or you can even ask your friends or family to call or text you to wake you up.
5. Sleep well:
Sleeping is very important for your mind and body. Waking up early doesn’t mean you need to sacrifice with your sleep.
Otherwise, you will wake up early but be all tired and irritated throughout the day.
For this reason, you need to sleep well, i.e., sleep for at least 7 to 8 hours in the beginning and then change once you are comfortable.
You also need to have a good diet, sleep on a mattress that suits you, and then you will see magic happen.
6. Stick to your wake time:
Our body has a sleep-wake cycle of its own. Disrupting it will only make your life difficult, your body will behave differently. As it won’t know which time to wake up.
Hence, you should stick to your wake up and sleeping time. Don’t sleep during the day as you will sleep less during the night, which is not advisable.
So, the right thing to do is to stick to a waking and sleeping time and resist the temptation to sleep during the day.
7. Have a morning schedule:
Once you wake up, you need to have an idea of what to do. If you have no schedule, the bed will look like a nice place to begin, then we all know what will happen.
You can add a coffee, exercise, drinking water, brushing in your morning schedule to make life easy.
But if you have a schedule which tells you what to do and if you enjoy doing it, then waking up will be so much easy and fun.
